A recent survey shows that printed materials constitute over 50% of blended learning. Programmed Learning (PL) will make these printed materials more of a learning process rather than merely information dumping. The individualized system allows the trainees to master the subject matter at his or her own pace.
This program is designed for:
To develop skills to design programmed learning as a significant addition to blended learning.
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

*Development and Application of Learning Objectives and a Final Criterion "Test" on your own project
*Selecting the Appropriate Design Format
-Linear: the most common approach
-Branching: "Fast-slow track;" "remedial" (when to use these formats)
